A Conscious Conversation STL, is an African - American organization founded and operated nonprofit established in 2015. Establishing itself in 2015 with the state of Missouri, the organization has been known for it’s cultural driven events and festivals. The organization has implemented programs that include: Black Girl Heal, Conscious Fest, Conscious Conversations, Black Money and Conscious Talks. All of these sustainable programs and concepts were driven by the people of St. Louis and committed to serve participants city wide. A Conscious Conversation STL continues to encourage mental health, self-love and community. A Conscious Conversation STL as developed and maintained strong relationships with the St. Louis Urban League, the Board of Alderman of St. Louis, and St. Louis Public Schools.
The organization has been featured several publications including the St. Louis American, The Huffington Post, Delux Magazine, Blavity, and Crwn Magazine. Members of the organization have been awarded and recognized by the National Urban League, Coca-Cola Women in Business, the City of St. Louis Board of Aldermen and the State of Missouri. House of Representatives.
WHO WE ARE
ConsciousFest 2018 is the 3rd annual festival and call to action for all St. Louis residents for a celebration of culture, call to consciousness and unity. This event is the brainchild of A Conscious STL, which is a St Louis based nonproﬁt with a mission to edify and empower the Black and underserved communities through conversation, poetry, and art. A Conscious STL is known for it’s African centered community book club, healing circles, public forums, and lectures.

Our mission is to release the spirit of courage, self-love and community. We say, "to be Black out Loud is to be active, selfstarting, and inspiring to those who come before and after us.’ The 2018 festival date is scheduled for September 22th from 11am - 8pm. The location will be at the corner of Cole & Broadway.
